How do I update my email address?
When updating your account email address, our website will send a confirmation email to your old email address to proceed with the changes. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
If you no longer have access to your old email address, please send a support ticket so we can assist you. Be ready with your account details as our team will need to verify some information.
To update your account email address, navigate to your account settings by clicking your profile image in the upper right corner, followed by "Account & Membership"
Then, update your email address in the "Account Email" field. You will also need to reenter your current password in the "Current Password" field to verify the change. Click "Save Changes" when you're done.
For mobile and tablet devices, access your account settings by clicking the profile icon in the upper right corner. Then enter your current password, new email address, and save your changes.
