How do I gift mission membership?

HI Online does not have a native way to gift mission membership to friends and family. However, we can accommodate this with a few preparations. Please note the following, and reach out to our support team with the necessary details.

1. Your gift recipient(s) will need to have an HI Online account created. A free account is sufficient; no credit card details will be required when making their account.

2. Once your recipient(s) have their accounts created, please message our support team the following information:
   1. The email addresses for the recipient(s)
   2. The number of months you would like to gift Mission Membership ($13.99 per account per month)
3. The HI Online support team will review your recipient(s) accounts to verify they are ready to receive Mission Membership.
4. The HI Online support team will email you back with a payment link to pay for the gifted Mission Membership(s).
5. Once payment is received and confirmed, the HI Online support team will tag the recipient(s) accounts as a Mission Member. From there, they will automatically have the full access and perks of a Mission Member.
